Can I change my vote?

The “change my vote” phrase hit peak searches right after the second debate on Thursday –hitting the MAX limit of Google trends.

After Biden was caught lying on fracking & vowed to shut down the oil industry, the searches were particularly strong in Pennsylvania, Florida, North Carolina, Michigan, Georgia, Texas and Wisconsin.

Among the states that do allow voters to change their early ballot after it’s been cast are: Wisconsin; Minnesota; Michigan; Pennsylvania; New York; Connecticut; and Mississippi.

Wisconsin

Wisconsin voters who voted early in person can recast their ballot as long as they do so by Saturday, October 31st. The deadline for absentee varies by city. Contact your city clerk for more information.

Minnesota

Minnesota also allows absentee voters to change their minds. The deadline is a week before the election.

Michigan

In Michigan, absentee voters can change their ballots if they have not yet been processed and tabulated, according to an official at the state’s Bureau of Elections.

If you want to change your absentee vote, contact the office of your city’s clerk’s office. The best chance to change your vote is as soon as possible before 4 p.m. Monday, the day before the election.

Pennsylvania, New York, Connecticut and Mississippi: Contact your city clerk to change your vote.

Multiple Democrat mayors in Minnesota endorse Trump

Virginia Mayor Larry Cuffe, Chisholm Mayor John Champa, Ely Mayor Chuck Novak, Two Harbors Mayor Chris Swanson, Eveleth Mayor Robert Vlaisavljevich and Babbitt Mayor Andrea Zupancich, all from Minnesota, signed the following letter:

Like many in our region, we have voted for Democrats over many decades. We have watched as our constituents’ jobs left not only the Iron Range, but our country. By putting tariffs on our products and supporting bad trade deals, politicians like Joe Biden did nothing to help the working class. We lost thousands of jobs, and generations of young people have left the Iron Range in order to provide for their families with good-paying jobs elsewhere. Today, we don’t recognize the Democratic Party. It has been moved so far to the left it can no longer claim to be advocates of the working class. The hard-working Minnesotans that built their lives and supported their families here on the Range have been abandoned by radical Democrats. We didn’t choose to leave the Democratic Party, the party left us.

One Democrat mayor endorsing Trump might be seen as an aberration. Six Democrat mayors from one state is significant.

Kamala Harris supported fund which bailed out criminals

Joe Biden’s running mate Kamala Harris might have some explaining to do. She was rather eager to get people to sponsor the Minnesota Freedom Fund (MFF) which has provided bail for those who have been accused of crimes such as murder, rape and assault.

MFF put up $100,000 bail for Darnika Floyd, who was charged with second-degree murder for stabbing a friend to death. $350,000 for Christopher Boswell, who is facing sexual assault and kidnapping charges. Jaleel Stallings, accused of shooting at police during the May riots, was bailed out by MFF for $75,000. Donovan Boone, charged with invading the home of his ex-girlfriend and choking her, was bailed out for $3,000.

Although she has shown to be tough on crime during her career, we guess Harris is a bigger supporter of civil disorder now that it is politically expedient.

If the left didn’t have double standards they’d have no standards at all.

Well, well, well…

Largest Newspaper in Minnesota Endorses Ilhan Omar’s Primary Challenger

You have to hand it to the radical left of the Democrat Party. Minnesota Congresswoman Ilhan Omar said that America’s economic and political systems must be “dismantled.”

What a way to show Americans a sense of deep gratitude for not only rescuing the Somali born asylum seeker from a refugee camp in Kenya but having a system that allowed her to be elected to the highest level of government in that same country.

Not so fast. Even in the woke state of Minnesota, the Star-Tribune – the state’s largest paper – has endorsed Antone Melton-Meaux, a primary challenger to Omar. The paper’s editorial noted,

“Melton-Meaux brings a different sensibility to this race, one grounded in helping resolve disputes to move forward — a skill this country is much in need of. Whether it’s health care, criminal justice or affordable housing, Melton-Meaux appears progressive, but pragmatic. While Omar wants to lead a movement, Melton-Meaux seeks to serve the Fifth District…

…Omar’s 2018 victory launched her into the national spotlight as the first Muslim woman and first refugee elected to Congress. But her time has been marred by missteps, including remarks on Israel widely regarded as anti-Semitic, an outsized number of missed votes, and campaign-finance issues. Omar has sent more than $1.6 million to her husband’s D.C. political consulting firm, E Street Group, and is herself the target of a Federal Election Commission complaint regarding travel expenses.

It is worth pointing out that Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez didn’t make the cut of Obama’s NY house seat endorsements.

Amy Klobuchar kneels to the mob

Amy Klobuchar to host meet and greet in Bettendorf this weekend ...

Minnesota Senator Amy Klobuchar showed why she would have been unfit to be Joe Biden’s VP.  She said Biden should choose a woman of colour. She said, “After what I’ve seen in my state and what I’ve seen across the country, this is a historic moment and America must seize on this moment.

Don’t Americans just want the most qualified person for the VP role that will add value regardless of colour, sexual orientation or gender? Or do they want to bow down to the mobs in places such as her state which include the epicentre of the crisis, Minneapolis?

Why only a black VP, Senator Klobuchar? How about a Pacific Islander or Asian who represent far smaller parts of the American population?

How about the Native American community? Surely one is even more worthy of selection given she occupies some of the very lands that a VP would argue her ancestors were dispossessed of.

Or is that what Klobuchar means? Senator Elizabeth Fauxcahontas Warren. She is still in the running.

This is the poison of identity politics. It seeks to undermine the very cause it proclaims it helps. Klobuchar is the very racist and sexist she condemns to think that skin colour and gender are what is important.
