Cinematic Correctness

Sir Ian Fleming and Cubby Broccoli are probably rolling over in their graves. James Bond 007 has been a formula that has worked. It created a franchise around a suave, sophisticated, educated, debonair and witty womanizing British spy. Whether the dashing Sean Connery, the corny Sir Roger Moore, the rigid Jeremy Dalton, the one-trick pony George Lazenby, the slick Pierce Brosnan or the moody Daniel Craig – the formula has been a massive winner. The Bond franchise has grossed $14.7bn inflation-adjusted.

There are suggestions that James Bond will be replaced by actress Lashana Lynch. The first female Bond. There is probably absolutely nothing wrong with her acting at all. The question is will the producers flunk at the box office by ripping up the script of what has always worked? It is 100% their decision to toy with the tried and tested formula but as ever, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it!

To be honest, Idris Elba would make a good Bond. He fits all the stereotypes of the role and fans would watch it on his ability rather than his skin tone. The producers could celebrate being woke and the franchise would retain its (relative) believability quotient.

Political correctness seems to dominate Hollywood of late. Whether complaints that not enough actors of colour were represented in Dunkirk or JK Rowling copping flak from LGBT activists because Albus Dumbledore wasn’t openly gay enough in the Fantastic Beasts film, it seems there is a push to make writers and producers conform. Why can’t films just be those made as their writers intended without enforcing politically correct overtones? Surely if there is a market for “politically correct” movies, the champagne socialists of Hollywood will be the first to jump all over it.

Sadly, many of the Best Picture winners selected at the Oscars (with elements of political correctness) in the past decade have been flops with the paying customers. It is interesting that $100m+ box offices were a cert for an Oscar Best Picture award til 2004. Since 2004 it has been hit and miss. 10 films in the last 14 have failed to breach $75mn. Real-life stories – Argo, A Beautiful Mind, Titanic and The King’s Speech – all cleared $100m at the box office. Maybe audiences can gel to the real-life aspects?

Brokeback Mountain grossed $178m because it didn’t propose to be anything other than a story set around gay cowboys. Milk, grossed $55m because it was a factual story about known gay activist, Harvey Milk. A good film by the way. Bohemian Rhapsody, the story about Freddie Mercury, has raked in over $900m at the box office. It was a factual tale and representative of a period in time.

To keep up with the times, perhaps we should demand that Meryl Streep become the next Shaft and Samuel L. Jackson portray Hillary Clinton in a movie about the 2016 election? How about Jackie Chan portray Michael Jordan in a basketball film about the Chicago Bulls? Why not cast Charlize Theron as Adolf Hitler in the next WWII film and have Arnold Schwarzenegger roleplay her wife. At least he won’t struggle with language? Perhaps do a rerun of Star Trek with Capt. Jane T Kirk? The options to rewrite history or fantasy are endless.

Why did Apollo 13 with Tom Hanks, Gary Sinese and Bill Paxton rake in $350m but First Man starring Ryan Gosling as Neil Armstrong draw in only $45m in North America? Same space theme – two different results. Apollo 13 celebrated the pride in failure as American ingenuity was able to rescue the damaged spacecraft. Maybe home audiences repudiated Gosling’s film for deleting the pivotal moment the US flag was planted on the moon. Small stuff? Don’t play with audiences. They bite.

The lack of political correctness is a drawcard to the Bond franchise. We can laugh at the double entendre and innuendo. We can marvel at the spectacular car chases, death cheating moves, his Casanova-like charm and underdog victories against evil henchmen. Will audiences believe that a woman will be able to knock out a monster of a man 3 times her size with her fists? Will we want to see a poor defenseless woman stripped naked while tied to a chair while her privates are belted with a shipping rope by a Le Chiffre type character? Or will she be promiscuous to extract information from would-be villains? Perhaps she confronts Graham Norton as the villain this time?

Perhaps the new Mr. Moneypenny will have his heart skip a beat every time the new 007 tosses her Philip Treacy on the hatstand outside M’s office. Maybe Q will design a machine gun in a Hermes Kelly handbag? Perhaps a dart firing pump from Manolo Blahnik? Perhaps the Aston Martin will be replaced by a pink Tesla so we can tackle environmental issues as half of London is set ablaze?

People fell in love with Star Wars because it was all about lasers and space ships. Not because it ticked the diversity (although the Star Wars Bar was as diverse as one could imagine) and inclusion boxes. How dare the poor harmless Jawas or Ewoks be murdered by white supremacists aboard Imperial Battlecruisers. Were the Sand People just misunderstood? What about the animal cruelty that was inflicted on the poor tauntauns on Hoth?

Maybe the franchise is testing the waters by proposing Lynch. We’ve already had Halle Berry play Jinx, the NSA agent in Die Another Day. There have been countless female villains throughout the franchise too – Rosa Kleb, Xenia Onnatop, Miranda Frost, Elektra King, Fiona Volpe, Helga Brandt, Mayday, Bambi & Thumper. All added their own spice. Yet it was always James Bond that was the drawcard.

Ultimately the box office will tell the story. Die-hard Bond fans will likely be cringing at the thought. Maybe CM is just too much of a purist and detests change for the sake of it, especially if it is just about appeasing activism.

LGBT pride parade participants shed light on Trump and their rights

Not as one sided as one might expect. Some serious TDS infused rants (usually F Trump) with some balanced views and some holding outright support for him and the LGBT community. Austen Fletcher

This is the problem with identity politics. Too many too eager to clump groups by their identity association rather than the beliefs of the individual. As one openly gay conservative pointed out, some LGBT activists questioned his true identity because he failed to conform to their groupthink.

Grievance Studies hoax

What a surprise in today’s academia. Three scholars—James Lindsay, Helen Pluckrose, and Peter Boghossian—wrote 20 fake papers using fashionable politically correct jargon (wrt gender equality, white supremacy, LGBTQI) and developed ridiculous conclusions with the aim of placing these ‘peer-reviewed’ pieces in high-profile journals. At the time of exposing the hoax 7 journals succeeded in being published, 7 were in the approvals process and only 6 were rejected.

Just goes to show that some journalists are happy to publish anything provided it fits a narrative, no matter how ridiculous the content. For instance;

Some of the papers accepted included, Western astrology was viewed as imperialist and sexist. It argued female astrology be implemented by science faculties.

Another paper titled, Human Reaction to Rape Culture and Queer Performativity at Urban Dog Parks in Portland, Oregon‘ which postured whether dogs suffered from oppression based upon perceived gender.

Yet another paper, ‘Rubbing One Out: Defining Metasexual Violence of Objectification Through Nonconsensual Masturbation‘ argued that men objectifying women during the act without her consent were perpetrators of sexual violence.

As Yascha Mounk correctly pointed out,

[this] doesn’t just expose the low standards of the journals that publish this kind of dreck, though. It also demonstrates the extent to which many of them are willing to license discrimination if it serves ostensibly progressive goals. This tendency becomes most evident in an article that advocates extreme measures to redress the “privilege” of white students.

Grievance is an industry underpinned by political correctness. Forget rational thought and debate. Just publish whatever fuels the grievance that rationalizes the irrational. Some of these hoax pieces (unsurprisingly) have been taken down. Just proves activism for what it is – as long as they don’t find out we can keep banging the drum of perpetual victimhood.

Boycotters’ bluster

CM was not a fan of Israel Folau’s tweets on homosexuals, fornicators, sinners, adulterers etc. Yet CM defends his right to say it. Come to think of it, CM has never sought moral guidance from the controversial Wallaby rugby star. Nonetheless Folau thinks CM and many others are destined to burn in hell too. Yet he is protected by the Constitution of Australia whether we like it or not. That supersedes an ARU contract.

We now hear that if his contract is sustained, several players have threatened to boycott the side if he is selected.

That’s their choice. However the threat sounds so much like all of those Hollywood celebrities who promised to leave the country if Trump was elected. Pretty much every single one remains in the US. Even Jamie Oliver, the Naked Chef, said he’d leave the UK if Brits voted to leave the EU in the 2016 referendum. He still lives in a £9m mansion in Hampstead, London. Idle threats. Here is betting every player threatening to boycott Folau will end up putting lucrative player contracts ahead of virtue signaling when pressed to make a stand. Which is hypocritical. If they stand for nothing, they’ll fall for anything.

Folau had very similar views publicized ahead of the Same Sex Marriage (SSM) debate when he first caught the ire of social media opinion. He was on record for telling team mate David Pocock of his beliefs on the matter leading into the plebiscite. Pocock still played with him and there is plenty of footage showing both embracing after tries were scored even when SSM was legislated.

We live in a society that is constantly threatening free speech. Folau’s comments may well cost him other endorsements. That is the market price he bears for holding his deeply devout Christian views in a society too afraid to say anything controversial. He never called for the murder of these groups. Only that their ultimate destiny was decided by God as written in the Bible.

Hypocrisy in the way the West deals with (certain) faiths is rife. The tragedy that was the Christchurch terror attack has led the Canterbury Crusaders rugby team to reconsider its name so as not to offend Muslims. Devout Muslim Sonny Bill Williams even played for the side after his conversion to Islam. Didn’t seem to phase him and he didn’t protest once. Although he did take exception to having Bank of NZ sponsorship displays on his uniform as it conflicted with his religious beliefs. Did we call for an inquisition? His religious beliefs were protected.

Where have those same activists been to bully The Saracens in Middlesex to select a more palatable name for the sake of countless victims of Islamic terror? Nowhere and most wouldn’t find any links between the two. No one in their right mind ties the Saracens or Crusaders as inciting hatred against the religions of either. They’re rugby clubs – period. 99.99% get that. Yet activists make out the majority leans the other way.

Izzy Folau May have offended some with his tweets. Everyone gets it. Many have just dismissed it with a roll of the eyes. Surely their lives have moved on without so much as a skip in the beat.

Yet we live in a world where some see offense and outrage in everything to the point of demanding litigation to protect hurt feelings. Canada even introduced a bill (C-16) compelling speech where jail terms for the incorrect use of a pronoun are a punishment. It is a slippery slope.

We should be careful what we wish for. The free speech noose will only tighten and eventually we won’t be able to speak our minds or the truth. That’s when society splinters.

Best let the Folau’s of the world make grandiose tweets and let society judge on an individual basis rather than trying to force our value sets on others. Do we honestly think we can force Folau to repent? If his contract was rescinded would he suddenly give up the teachings of his faith? Not a chance. We need to accept the views of others, even those we disagree with.

Do we truly believe the overwhelming majority of homosexuals/fornicators/sinners/adulterers a) believed Folau’s tweet or; b) were deeply offended? Or did most shake their heads and chuckle at his views?

CM is surprised that white Christian missionaries haven’t been chastised for converting so many Pacific Islanders, including Folau, to become devout followers over the centuries. Surely that must follow.

She should be demoted with immediate effect

And so should her superiors. Our armed forces are being turned into a joke. Commanding Officer of HMAS Albatross, Captain Fiona Sneath, has deemed the 500m walk to the Anzac memorial on Anzac Day too dangerous citing occupational health and safety. These are our brave and proud military personnel who are trained to shoot back in anger if required. CM is sure they’ll cope.

In recent years our armed forces have pushed hard on gender balance (despite strong evidence from the ADF’s own internal audit to say it is dismally failing even more so when targets were lowered), discouraged the words ‘him’ and ‘her’, we’ve banned death symbols, painted finger nails pink for diversity and the Air Force is being asked to think of the roles of women when bombing enemy targets.

The Navy has just raised the white flag of stupidity again. Are our able seamen so poorly trained they can’t walk down a well lit trail?

What do these military chiefs think China must make of all this? To invade Australia, all they’ll need is a couple of terra-cotta warriors and we’ll surrender. Our military chiefs need a major clean out. They are disgracing the proud soldiers that served and continue to serve.

Superintendent smashes secrecy surrounding Smollett settlement

What the Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson said in this video is 100% correct. He said, “They wanted their day in court with TV cameras so America could know the truth. But no, they chose to hide behind secrecy and broker a deal to circumvent the judicial system.” Mayor Emanuel was also front and centre on Smollett’s unfair dragging of Chicago’s reputation through the mud and the damage his hoax will have against those who have real hate crime claims in future. Smollett has his slate wiped clean.

This is the perfect example of why identity politics is so poisonous. Here was a man potentially willing to make a claim against two innocent white people and jail them for up to 20 years for hate crimes not committed just to bump his salary and smear 63mn Trump supporters at the same time.  He still claims innocence! No morals, no ethics and in Emanuel’s words “is there no decency in this man?

Claims are being made by the media that George Soros donated $408,000 to a super PAC that supported Cook County State Attorney (SA) Kim Foxx’s campaign. While Foxx recused herself on conflict of interest grounds, the First Assistant SA Joseph Magats, who has served in the SA office for three decades, saidThe bottom line is, we stand behind the investigation, we stand behind the decision to charge him…The fact that Smollett feels that we have exonerated him, we have not. I can’t make it any clearer than that. So how does that weigh up to the dismissal of 16 felony charges? Smollett served two days of community service which can be seen here.

To think of the disrespect shown to the excellent investigative work and evidence filed by the police. Do we believe Jussie’s comments on the verdict, “I have been truthful and consistent on every level since day one. I would not be my mother’s son if I was capable of one drop of what I’ve been accused of”? What a fine bit of acting.

So much for dignity and respect of the rule of law to Americans. What a farce.

Hate Crime in America – in charts

Hate Crime in US.png

The FBI posts hate crime data going back to 1996. The trend has picked up since 2014 but remains well below the 1997 peak. The type of hate crime has shifted over the last two decades.

Anti-Black.png

Anti Black Hate Crimes have more than halved since 1996. Since 2014, hate crimes against blacks have risen 24%. As a % of the black population, Anti-Black hate crimes have fallen from 0.0131% to 0.0046% of their racial background.

AA.png

…or 13.15 people per 100,000 African Americans to 4.63 or -65%. Or 1.68 per 100,000 total population to 0.62 crimes per 100,000, or -64%.

Black Hate Crime.png

As a % of all hate crimes, African Americans have fallen from 51% to 28.1%. Anti-White hate crime has also slid from just under 16% to 10.3% between 1996 and 2017.

Black White.png

Anti-white hate crime has fallen in absolute terms from 1,384 in 1996 to 743 in 2017, up from the low of 504 in 2011.

White.png

As a % of the total population, anti-white hate crimes have slid from 0.00052% in 1996 to 0.00023% in 2017, up from 0.00016% in 2011. The media would never run a narrative that hate crimes against whites have jumped since 44% since 2011.

AW.png

Anti-Asian hate crime has fallen from a peak of 527 in 1996 to 131 in 2017. In 2017, Asians were 0.00069% likely to suffer a hate crime relative to the Asian American population.

Asian.png

Anti Hispanic hate crime has fallen from a peak of 636 in 1997 to a trough of 299 in 2015 to 427 at last count.

Hispanic.png

Anti Native American hate crimes trended at a very low level out to 2010. Since then they’ve surged from a low of 44 cases to 154 under Obama and out to 251 under Trump.

NA.png

Anti-Semitic hate crimes remain the highest among all religions in America. They have drifted down to the low of 2014 from the peak in 1996 but in 2017 saw a resurgence to 938.

Jew.png

Anti Islamic hate crimes really grew since the attack on the Twin Towers. From a trough of 22, hate crimes surged to 481 and have remained above 100 since. At last count there were 273 hate crimes against the Muslim community.

Islam

Note Anti Catholic and Anti-Protestant hate crimes have remained below 100 each since 1996, although Catholics have suffered 27% more than Protestants over two decades.

Christ.png

Anti-LGBT crimes rose steadily from 1996 (11% of the total) to a peak of 20.8% in 2012. This has dropped to 15.7% in 2017. In absolute terms this has fallen from a peak of 1,439 cases in 1998 to 1,130 in 2017. Were the policies of gender fluid bathrooms a driver of the rise in hate crime?

LGBT.png

One could make an argument for many crimes going unreported but the FBI data seems consistent from year to year. The trends are statistically robust in the collection. In absolute terms, the idea that America is deeply divided and hate crimes are “surging” doesn’t take into account the long term trends when based against relevant and total populations.

As mentioned in the previous article, Germany has way more Anti-Islamic hate crimes than America. Yet the mainstream media would have us believe that America is a hair’s breadth from going up in flames. Don’t believe your lying eyes or if that means that the FBI is not telling the truth…

Hate crimes in America – some stats that might surprise

28yo Zachary Greenberg has been identified as the attacker of conservative Hayden Williams on UC-Berkeley’s campus.Williams had a sign on a red table (adorned small US flags) which read, “we support our president“. Hardly a racy placard designed to incite the response he got.

What beggars belief is that in the day of smartphones, every one is an amateur reporter so in what world did the perpetrator think that he would get away with it. Whether Greenberg despises Williams’ views is not the point, it did not warrant a punch in the head. He faces up to 4 years in prison and/or up to a $10,000 fine. He deserves the book thrown at him.

Why didn’t the attacker provide ample examples to verbally challenge Williams on how abhorrent Trump is? Surely enough people could have formed an audience around the two as they respectfully exchanged different views and allowed each other to speak. Perhaps the onlookers might have been able to judge the exchange on the merits of the arguments rather than see a straight right cross. Or are kids now so brainwashed to be able to consider alternative points of view?

Of course arguments from the left will be thrown back about the intolerant right in Charlottesville and a sharp rise in racism. Most of mainstream America abhors this reprehensible behaviour period – left or right. Yet it seems that openly showing support for a country’s leader comes with a target painted on the face. Even if one hates Trump’s personality, vulgarity, stupidity or any other pejorative as an individual, one can still support many of his conservative policies on their merits. Having issues with abortion doesn’t make one a dinosaur nor does calling for tougher immigration make one racist and bigoted.

People may argue that Trump is a race-baiter but if that were true, hasn’t he just lifted a lid on problems that have festered over decades? Racism hasn’t surged on Trump. 69.5mn Americans voted a black man to the top job in 2008. In 2000 hate crimes according to the FBI totaled 9,430. In 2017 there were 7,106 such incidents.

Anti-White hate crime in 2000 numbered 875 vs anti-black hate crime of 2,884.  Scroll forward to 2017 and those numbers were 741 and 2,013 respectively. So in the last two decades anti-black hate crime has fallen 30% vs 15% for anti-white. As a percentage of the total population, anti black hate crime in 2017 was 0.00062% (0.0046% of black population) vs 0.0017% in 2000 or 0.0131% of the black population at that time. Hardly signs of a pitchfork lynchmob pack of hood wearing monsters pushing fear into those who dare walk the streets.

Things have undoubtedly come a long way since the end of segregation and Jim Crow but it seems now that everything is connected to everything with the current POTUS. Poor old Jussie Smollett couldn’t even find white thugs to make his story more plausible. The majority of Americans are decent people. Yet they are tiring of this type of stereotyping. Not everyone who is proud of Trump is stupid, racist, homophobic or bigoted. Some undoubtedly are but mass generalization perpetrated by a biased media which is struggling to find evidence to support the narrative are accomplices.

Now it’s clear hate crime stats aren’t exactly pointing to tyranny oppression and overall collapse of civilization. If we want to put America into perspective, look at the 7,913 reported hate crimes against Muslims in Germany in 2017. In 2015 there were only 3,046. A country which is 1/5th the size of America in population has way more hate crime. CM thought Angela Merkel was a poster child for tolerance? Political hate crime in Germany in 2016 stood at 41,549 incidents according to the BKA. Trump’s America is a positive paradise.

Golden Globes stay in the gutter

The Golden Globes, after years of ratings plunges, thought working smut into the gig was a way to bring the audiences back. Where on earth were the words, “Break out the tissues because you’re going to want to masturbate to all of them” funny? CM is not trying to be a modern day Mary Whitehouse, but were Sarah Oh’s introductory remarks those that resonate with all of the “pet” causes of the champagne socialists? What happened to #METOO? Let’s talk about group self pleasure. How hilarious?! Sadder the attendees were in raptures.

We shouldn’t be surprised. Hollywood and hypocrisy are mutually inclusive terms. Why would anyone rally behind these out of touch juveniles? When they’re not in rehab they’re telling average Main Streeters to listen to their prophetic words of wisdom. They’re the very reason so many films are failing at the box office. Sure video on demand, streaming and cable has changed things somewhat but the truth is the woeful content is behind the demise.

The audience figures should tell them they are indeed the out of touch ones.

Cinema attendance in the domestic US market is back at 1993 levels. In the 1990s Hollywood made 400-500 films annually. It now pumps out more than 700. The average revenue per film in all formats continues to head south.

It is interesting that $100m box offices were a cert for an Oscar Best Picture award til 2004 after which it has been hit and miss since. 9 films in the last 13 Best Pictures have failed to breach $75mn. The 4 that didn’t miss were all about real life stories – Titanic, The King’s Speech, Argo and A Beautiful Mind. Funny that.

Instead of realizing that their interpretation of identity driven art isn’t sinking in with the public, Hollywood is now prepared to blot the history books – such as deleting the flag planting on the moon scene in ‘First Man’ – to destroy the very formula that seems to resonate with audiences.

Such is the level of extremism in Hollywood these days that people of colour and women have been summarily overlooked to suggest putting in a transgender star for James Bond 007. They’re so obsessed with identity. Why not just appreciate “talent”? Maybe Idris Elba would make a good Bond because he fits the suave, tough guy image of the films. Not because of his skin tone. People watch the Bond franchise for the formula, not to wait with baited breath to see Caitlyn Jenner in the lead role to show Ian Fleming was always a progressive LGBT activist at heart.

Maybe we should let Hollywood stick to its “we know best” attitude. Let it follow its heart and let the free market decide its fate as it is already doing. Celebrities think doubling down is the answer. No wonder they’re screaming for equal pay for equal work as the industry stumbles.

Let them preach about the dangers of climate change as they board their private jets, protest border walls from their gated mansions and stand up for gun control with their armed security guards nearby.

Maybe Sarah Oh was on the money for once about the attendees? After all the Golden Globes like many other award ceremonies are all about stroking egos inside their own tight knit club.

If you’re going to do it then stop the damn subtlety

5B00FFB0-3D84-43AA-A06F-0567222DACBE.jpeg

What is the obsession Hollywood has of trying to either wipe history or work to overlay irrelevance to rewrite it? Quit the subtle overtones. Just explicitly state your intent and let the free market box office judge it. When it comes to factual recreations like Dunkirk what is the point of wailing there were not enough people of colour in it when history shows us 99% of those that served were white? What does this achieve? Why not complain that 50% of the cast weren’t women waiting for the boats in the film? Probably because 99.9% on Dunkirk were men.

The latest Star Wars film was all about social justice, equality and identity. It has been a flop. Why can’t we just see a movie with lasers and goodies vs baddies? Should we fear alienating the LGBT Ewok community? Perhaps the sand people are really misunderstood minorities not terrorists? Shouldn’t Jabba the Hut seek compensation for decades of fat shaming? It is insane. Funnily enough when studying the box office takings we don’t need to look far to see the winners of the “Best Picture” selected by Hollywood in recent times have far undershot records. $100m box offices were a cert for an Oscar Best Picture award til 2004 after which it has been hit and miss since. 9 films in the last 13 have failed to breach $75mn. So instead of Hollywood being so preoccupied with espousing politics, perhaps it should look to the audience it ‘preaches’ to and starts ‘reaching’ them instead.

These are the Oscar stats. A 40% decline in viewers over 5 years. Is this a sign of a format that is no longer sustainable? Is the disintermediation/disruption caused by video on demand such that making a ‘date’ to go to the cinema is no longer a priority? Cinema attendance in the domestic US market is back at 1993 levels. In the 1990s Hollywood made 400-500 films annually. It now pumps out more than 700. The average revenue per film continues to head south.

So Man on the Moon depicts the story of Neil Armstrong. The film leaves out the historic and defining moment of planting the flag (a sign of American exceptionalism) some 50 years ago in beating arch enemy Russia in the space race. In 1969, had a straw poll of Americans (and much of the world) been taken at that moment it would have undoubtedly reflected unbridled pride in achievement. Many around the world must have looked at America in awe. What on earth is wrong with that? It was a stunning achievement and feat of ingenuity, science and invention.

Canadian actor Ryan Gosling, who plays Armstrong, said the moon landing “transcended countries and borders.” To a degree he is right. The world stood still on that day. Walter Cronkite had tears in his eyes. Yert should Jamaicans feel guilty that Usain Bolt won the 100m & 200m finals in three consecutive Olympics? There is no doubt the world looked in awe of him grinning with shoelaces untied as he jogged to the finish line. Yet for Jamaicans it was an extra dollop of pride. Great!

However Gosling’s defence of leaving out the flag scene was to cast aspersions on America. It is part of this new breed of Hollywood loathing of everything good. Where globalism trumps national pride. If the producers of this film hate America so much why not make the movie about a conspiracy theory that the moon landing was faked? Alternatively make Armstrong a disabled, black, transgender Muslim to ensure enough PC boxes are ticked to please the apparatchiks?

CM only requests Hollywood quits with subtle jabs at success and openly embraces its quest for shared misery and the rewriting of history. Only then will they see their box office numbers judge their stupidity. Grow up! Understand that pride in one’s country, flag, job, study or whatever else is to be encouraged. We need more of it not Hollywood’s obsession with oppression.
