Media response to same comment made by Trump & Biden

As ever the media left out the context of the conversation with Bob Woodward which was that Trump “didn’t want people to panic” when it deliberately edited the comment to say that he “downplayed the virus.”

Trump said virtually the same thing in an April 2020 press conference at the White House. Why no outrage then? Ahh, because there is an election that needs narratives to switch away from riots, looting and civil unrest to a virus where deaths have been largely caused in Democrat run cities and states.

How strange that Joe Biden said in February, “it’s not a time to panic about coronavirus.

Orange man bad. Whatever Trump says is bad. Total silence about Biden. Who knew?

Perhaps the most telling display of “minimal panic” over coronavirus has been the behaviour of so many Democrat mayors, governors and members of congress who have broken so many of the laws they proclaim is so dangerous for the people who elected them. Surely if there was a need to panic, these politicians wouldn’t be sneaking off to get their hair blown out or reopen gyms inside public buildings while the rest are closed to the public.

CNN has been so worried about coronavirus that it made a point to admonish Trump for the lack of diversity on the response team.

Make no mistake, this will be 60 straight days of mudslinging. This type of muck will be churned out by the mainstream media non-stop in order to prevent Trump from reelection. Last week it was comments from anonymous sources that Trump had disparaged fallen soldiers as “suckers and losers.” Even John Bolton, who hates Trump, denied he ever said it and he was there. Had Trump mentioned it, what an explosive chapter for his book.

Who knew that 86% of people polled think that the media is divisive. The worst numbers in living memory.

Hairdressers blow back

Hair dressers blow back on House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s double standards here.

More of Nancy Pelosi’s hypocrisy can be found here.

Nancy Pelosi visits hair salon forced to shutdown

We’re all in this together!

Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi visited a San Francisco hair salon to get her hair done on Monday afternoon despite salons being forced to close during the pandemic. It isn’t the first episode of hypocritical Dems doing this. Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot said her hair was essential to her job during lockdown.

Salon owner Erica Kious said one of her stylists – who rents a chair – got the request from Pelosi’s staffer.

Naturally, Pelosi’s team said she hadn’t been flouting COVID rules. Her flunky said, “The Speaker always wears a mask and complies with local COVID requirements. This business offered for the Speaker to come in on Monday and told her they were allowed by the city to have one customer at a time in the business. The Speaker complied with the rules as presented to her by this establishment.”

Unsurprisingly, Kious pushed back with, “It was a slap in the face that she went in, you know, that she feels that she can just go and get her stuff done while no one else can go in, and I can’t work…We have been shut down for so long, not just me, but most of the small businesses and I just can’t – it’s a feeling – a feeling of being deflated, helpless and honestly beaten down…I have been fighting for six months for a business that took me 12 years to build to reopen…I am a single mom, I have two small children, and I have no income….There were rules and regulations [partitions etc] to go by to safely reopen [in July], which I did, but I was still not allowed to open my business…”

Kious went on to say she had no control over the actions of her stylist.

Nancy Pelosi must be wearing an invisible mask (see photo). These politicians have zero respect for the people they claim to represent. No wonder her district is the homeless capital of America.

The true face of these Democrat politicians is for all to see. No mask required.

Tiananmen Square Hairdresser protests against the totalitarians

Anyone would think Salem, Oregon hairdresser Lindsey Graham must have been using arsenic in the hair dye and sulphuric acid for facial treatments at her salon to have the authorities send child protective services to her home to interrogate her 6-year-old stepson and check bathroom sanitation was up to scratch.

This is the police state gone mad. How vile can governments be to take such actions to force compliance in a completely unrelated matter? The state fined her $14,000 for reopening and as the owner of the building (technically Graham is too) is threatening to terminate her lease.

The state’s draconian stay-at-home laws are forcing some to take drastic measures to feed their families and prevent self-made businesses from folding. As a self-employed organization, we too know how hard it is to build and sustain a client base.

How bad are things in Oregon?  It ranks 45th out of 50 states for COVID infections at 20% the national average per head of population and deaths at 85% below the rest of the country. Some will argue the measures are working. Others, like Graham, would argue that the lockdown laws are inappropriate given the salon staff wear masks and latex gloves.

While we never advocate people to break laws, the question is whether locking up normally obedient citizens when they can do the maths and work out 99.997% of the state’s population hasn’t died from coronavirus.

Forget that the number of people with COVID19 hospitalized in Oregon has fallen 63% in the last month to May 12th to 57 people. Fifty-seven. In a state of 4.3 million. So 99.999% of Oregon’s residents aren’t in hospital for this virus yet the state thinks it is justified to interrogate toddlers, threaten to rip up leases and fine citizens $14,000.

Graham has a Go Fund Me page which has raised $59,000 to help her business and legal costs. Seems like 1,200 donors want to send a “Go F**k You” message to the state’s Democratic Party Governor Kate Brown. They’re sick of the despotic behaviours of tyrants exercising powers based on hysteric assumptions and punishing normally law-abiding citizens who only have good intentions to provide for themselves rather than wait for the state to hand down morsels.

This is the point. Citizens are fast learning that politicians are only too happy to exercise these newfound powers based on junk science. It is truly amateur hour. Naturally, when politicians on fat taxpayer-funded salaries say they are “in this together” their words don’t resonate with those that actually work in the real world.
