Biden faded fast and choked in the last section

First of all, Kristen Welker did a very good job as moderator. Even Trump praised her.

Joe Biden started off well but faded fast in the back half of the debate. He didn’t handle the saga around his son, Hunter, well. He sounded rattled and will only draw more eyeballs to the suppressed media coverage.

Trump explained his points far better that in the first debate. Getting rid of COVID in the first question allowed the more powerful points for Trump in the back half where he could made significant ground around the economy, foreign policy, race and health.

Trump executed well by slamming Biden for being a “politician” who promises stuff but doesn’t deliver. That he hasn’t achieved the things he proposes now in 47 years in politics or 8 years as VP. Biden even disparaged Obama by saying he can do things he wants if he is president.

When Biden raised Hitler in the debate, he started to back pedal fast. Why talk about Nazism?

Biden’s stupidity was to touch on $15 minimum wages to help small business. Is he nuts? What small business in trouble thinks that recovery will come through higher wages?

Biden asked people to fact check his position on fracking. He said he wouldn’t ban it in today’s debate but is on tape countless times saying he would. Too easy to prove he is lying. Biden’s renewables push was hopeless and Trump made it clear why the US doesn’t need to be in the Paris Accord.

At the very end Biden chucked the oil industry under the bus in the closing remarks of the climate change section. Trump pushed him and he took the bait to say he wants to phase it out for good. Surely not the thing to say in fossil fuel dependent swing states.

In summary, this election will be determined by “lived experience“. Nothing is more powerful than becoming irate at a politician telling you what you aren’t experiencing.

We think the actions of mostly despotic Democratic mayors and governors throughout coronavirus have sent a negative message about what happens when citizens lose control and cede power to law makers.

We still believe Trump has got this.

The downside of Zoom

We always thought the biggest disadvantages when using Zoom were the lack of human interaction and inability to assess body language of those assembled.

Clearly not.

CNN political expert Jeffrey Toobin gave a whole new meaning to that one individual on many a call who ends up being an ‘insufferable wanker.’

He was caught masturbating during a Zoom call with senior members of the New Yorker magazine, mistakenly believing his camera was turned off.

The one time in his life he wished this was Fake News.

Why the Mute Button will benefit Trump in the final debate

Problem solved? The debate moderators intend to have a mute button in the forthcoming debate to avoid interruption experienced in the first debate.

It sounds wonderful in principle, but we believe if the moderator is of sufficient ability, she shouldn’t require technological assistance to fall back on if her biases seek to stifle robust debate through balanced questioning and reasonable time to answer and redirect.

One can only imagine how fairly the mute button will be applied in the final show off between Trump and Biden on October 22nd given we know that the moderator, Kristen Welker, is staunchly in the Democrat camp.

We are sure when the microphone cut offs are tallied, Trump will outscore Biden on a 10:1 scale, if not more.

We have no doubt that Trump is the more likely of the two to interject but we think it will work in Trump’s favour to be cut off because we know that the deranged mainstream media will openly celebrate and applaud the idea of suppressing the free speech of someone they disagree with on a whim.

We don’t think that will play well to level headed Americans who want to hear and see the reactions of both candidates when pinned on the ropes. A good moderator would seek that type of courage under fire.

Unfortunately, the debate will likely end up being 3 on 1. Softballs will be tossed at Biden and hand grenades lobbed at Trump.

Should Trump leave the stage after being cut off countless times, we won’t be the least bit surprised. He will prove the point of just how biased the moderator was and how she relished the ability to muzzle the most powerful man in the world to feed her own derangement. She’ll prove his point about free speech. Never forget Reagan slammed a moderator for threatening to cut the mic in 1980.

If he leaves, the media will divert all attention to Trump as to why he did so and prove back to their faces that they have absolutely zero interest in objectivity other than to justify using authoritarian cancel culture tactics to silence and humiliate him.

As we like to say, journalistic integrity will only return when the mainstream media loves America more than they hate Trump.

Best they put this on full display.

The next debate moderator spent Xmas 2012 with the Obamas at the WH

It looks like it will be 2 on 1 again for the upcoming presidential debate on Oct 22.

The next debate moderator, Kristen Welker, is another hardline Democrat. As you can see she is pictured with her father and the Obamas when they were invited to the White House for Christmas in 2012.

Her parents donated $20,000 to Obama’s campaign, $2,100 to Hillary Clinton’s 2016 run and currently $3,700 for Joe Biden.

Of course the Hunter Biden email scandal is off the list of topics but does anyone believe Trump won’t go fishing there?

Welker’s Trump Derangement Syndrome is legendary. She tweeted last year,

Trump spoke words. Therefore he lied.

Welker was also hot-mic’d prepping Hillary Clinton’s comms director with softball questions when she was in the run off against Bernie Sanders.

So expect another activist moderator which we think is a better outcome in the end. Those who watch won’t be left wondering where the bias lies and Trump will no doubt troll her for doing so. 🍿🍿🍿🍿🍿

Yelp to list businesses accused of racism

For those who don’t know, Yelp is a site that collects ratings about all manner of services – from restaurants, plumbers, electricians to hair salons. One can even search exclusively for black-owned businesses.

Yelp has now decided to add a function which alerts consumers of businesses accused of ‘racism.’

It wrote:

At Yelp, we value diversity, inclusion and belonging, both internally and on our platform, which means we have a zero tolerance policy to racism….Communities have always turned to Yelp in reaction to current events at the local level. As the nation reckons with issues of systemic racism, we’ve seen in the last few months that there is a clear need to warn consumers about businesses associated with egregious, racially-charged actions to help people make more informed spending decisions….Now, when a business gains public attention for reports of racist conduct, such as using racist language or symbols, Yelp will place a new Business Accused of Racist Behavior Alert on their Yelp page to inform users, along with a link to a news article where they can learn more about the incident.

What if Yelp incorrectly accuses a corporation/business of racism based on a false claim?

Remember what happened to Oberlin College?

The whole issue started when a student from Oberlin College was caught shoplifting two bottles of wine from Gibson’s Bakery while trying to buy another with fake ID. Allyn Gibson, son of the owner chased down the shoplifter but was attacked by his accomplices. The perpetrators claimed racial profiling by the store.

Oberlin College’s Dean of Students, Meredith Raimondo, joined in student protests calling Gibsons a “racist establishment.” It was then that Oberlein ended all business with the bakery (which had been an ongoing supplier to the college since 1885). Flyers were printed and the store attacked.

Several faculty staff joined the protestors who tried to shut down Gibsons despite the college president Carmen Twillie Ambar suggesting they were on private time and only representing their First Amendment rights, not representing the school.

After a police investigation turned over nothing to suggest racism on any level, Oberlin resumed its contract with Gibson’s but refused to publicly retract the accusations.

Gibson sued for defamation and won US$25 million. The three perpetrators admitted they’d made it all up and that the shop owner had a right to charge them for their crime.

We will have no sympathy if Yelp falls into this woke trap and gets sued for falsely accusing innocent businesses.

Oh, the sanctimony squad strikes again

Oh, the sanctimony. 88 faculty colleagues at Notre Dame co-signed a letter requesting Judge Amy Coney Barrett halt her confirmation process and step aside til after the election.

It would have helped if among those 88 erudite academics, that one might be from the law faculty. Alas, among those who signed the letter criticizing Barrett, 4 were gender studies professors, 4 were peace studies professors, 9 specialized in English and another 7 were librarians. None from the Notre Dame Law School.

This follows a pattern we have reported on before where left leaning academics/activists pass off high numbers of co-signatories as a sort of validation process. Closer analysis reveals how often the very people who would make these letters credible are often conspicuously absent.

We list some of them here:

1) Remember 11,000 cosignatories to a non-peer reviewed paper on climate change that included Mickey Mouse and Albus Dumbledore?

2) Or the Feb 2020 Safe Climate Declaration which hosted 100 speakers of which less than 5% were climate scientists. Most were from academia, media and high schools.

3) Or the 268 cosignatories of an open letter in support of Extinction Rebellion (XR). Perhaps the most hilarious signatory to the letter was Matthew Flinders. Our esteemed explorer seemed to have navigated his way back to life after 200 years.

4) Or the the sanctimonious video made by the World Mental Health Coalition (WMHC) where all members co-signed the case for Trump’s lack of mental capacity. Sounds impressive using “world”, doesn’t it? Given the World Psychiatric Association represents 200,000 members worldwide, WHMC’s 37 members seems rather pathetic by comparison. Be sure to read how they were prepared to ditch their Hippocratic oath to smear Trump.

5) The liberal artists who caved so soon after signing a letter condemning cancel culture.

Bongino goes thermonuclear on tech giants suppression of Hunter emails

Dan Bongino goes thermonuclear on the mainstream media and tech giant cover up of the NY Post allegations about Hunter Biden through suppression.

Hunter Biden is innocent until proven guilty but the sinister behaviour exhibited by the tech companies certainly doesn’t help paint a picture of squeaky clean behaviour.

We find it galling that these social media giants have never once hesitated to promote smears against Trump, no matter how wild the allegations.

As ever with the left, it is not the principle but the side that matters.

Nancy Pelosi melts down on CNN and calls Wolf Blitzer a Republican apologist

Well worth watching this insane video of Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi railing at CNN’s Wolf Blitzer for being biased towards Republicans because he legitimately wants to know why she won’t sign the $1.8 trillion relief bill that Trump has promised to sign immediately.

Pelosi claimed she feeds the poor. We are still puzzled how a woman with a $20,000 freezer stuffed full of gourmet ice cream can talk of feeding the needy when her district has some of the highest homeless rates in the country.

It appears that even members of her own party, including Andrew Yang, have pleaded with Pelosi to put the relief bill forward because real Americans are suffering. Never let anything stand in the way of chronic Trump Derangement Syndrome.

Sinister Big tech’s intentional election meddling

Big tech is determined to tell users what they deem is suitable for consumption. The top screen grab is from Facebook. Head of Comms, Andy Stone, made it clear the social media giant would curtail the Biden conflict of interest news story under the guise of ‘fact checking.’

The NY Post article that surfaced overnight revealed emails from Hunter Biden’s PC which showed he was leveraging his then VP father’s relationship with Ukrainians execs.

Twitter went to an even more interesting approach to suggest the NY Post link was “unsafe” to prevent views.

What we do know from history is that the more efforts made to cover one’s tracks, the more one guarantees to raise awareness to those problems on a stratospheric level.

Ultimately, big tech firms were granted immunity from prosecution as they promised to be mere hosts of content without fear or favour. Now that they are using discretionary editing, they should lose their sanctuary status and be liable to prosecution for suppressing free speech.

These are deep-seated liberal activist platforms. As businesses they are free to exercise commercial decisions. However they don’t have a right to flaunt laws without real world consequences.

Today big tech crossed a line and outed themselves as interfering in the election.
