There was a time when I used to enjoy a business trip abroad. That would enable me to hoover every word in The Economist. From cover to cover. It was great reading. And informative. Now it is little more than an activist rag. It hates Trump (even before he took office). Every second article seems to be about climate change or another social justice topic du jour. Anti-Brexit. Anti-America First. Anti-coal. Anti-Tory. Pro-China. Pro-Corbyn. Pro 16-yo kids getting voting rights. Pro-globalism. Check out these covers over the last 5 or so years.
