#YouAintBlack backlash

Videos are already circling social media slamming the ignorant, condescending and insulting remarks made by Joe Biden. Black conservatives Allen B. West, John James and Sen. Tim Scott, as well as others like Y.G. Nyghtstorm, took Biden to task on his record.

There are many ways to connect with the black voter. Biden will no doubt have reached all of them with this viral comment. Perhaps not in a way that will lock in the black vote for the Democrats.

Note Candace Owens has been actively pushing the #Blexit movement in America which she calls the awakening of black people who leave the Democratic “plantation.” Watch how she slams the Democrat narrative in a hearing on hate crime. Or the time she tore strips off three liberal academics debating her on white supremacy as the root cause of problems in the black community.

Not to miss out on the gaffe, the Trump campaign has capitalized on Joe Biden’s remarks selling #YouAintBlack t-shirts for $30.

Kayleigh McEnany helps deranged WH press corps to do their jobs properly

Trump’s new Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany is doing such a great job with the White House press corps. In this video clip she turns their lack of journalistic integrity back on them by providing a list of questions to pique their curiosity about #Obamagate instead of letting them indulge in their favorite pastime of creating false narratives.

DNC Chair orders a recount in Iowa

Tom Perez (right) was endorsed by Joe Biden for the role of DNC Chair in Feb 2017 after the debacle that ended up being the 2016 election under Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Perez won, beating out pro-Sanders Keith Ellison.

As we know, Bernie Sanders is neck and neck with Pete Buttigieg in the Iowa Caucus. However, Perez tweeted overnight,

Enough is enough. In light of the problems that have emerged in the implementation of the delegate selection plan and in order to assure public confidence in the results, I am calling on the Iowa Democratic Party to immediately begin a recanvass.

The NY Times commented that,

In some cases, vote tallies do not add up. In others, precincts are shown allotting the wrong number of delegates to certain candidates. And in at least a few cases, the Iowa Democratic Party’s reported results do not match those reported by the precincts.

Hopefully, any recount will result in the one that is palatable to the DNC.

CNN complains about lack of diversity on Coronavirus team

Only CNN could find outrage in the team looking to combat the Coronavirus. Apparently diversity is more important than ability in a crisis.

CNN political writer Brandon Tensley quipped,

Who are these experts?…They’re largely the same sorts of white men (and a couple women on the sidelines) who’ve dominated the Trump administration from the very beginning...[comparing it to Obama’s handling of the Ebola virus in 2014] Neither was it so abysmal in terms of gender diversity. (Of course, to contextualize, Obama’s administration, on the whole, was far more diverse than Trump’s.).”

Commentator Dave Rubin retorted,

Sir, I’ve discovered the cure to the Coronovirius! We can create an intitiode and spread it worldwide within 12 hours.”

“Bob, we’ve told you repeatedly if you aren’t a non-binary latinx disabled lesbian you’re not allowed to talk.

Welcome to 2020. Where finding a cure ASAP takes a backseat to diversity. Liberal logic.

One imagines that the Chinese authorities have a similar lack of diversity on their team to combat the Coronavirus.

Scandalous- Biden wants scandal-less Obama for SCOTUS bench

The optics are highly amusing. Despite former President Obama awarding his VP Joe Biden with a Presidential Medal of Freedom and saying he was the best VP in American history, not one word has parsed his lips in terms of an endorsement. Obama is hopping into bed with Elizabeth Warren.

How wonderful that despite no support from his former bromance partner, Biden wants to put Obama on the SCOTUS bench as an election campaign manifesto, if he’d take it.

Obama’s DoJ was so crooked a Texas District Court judge, Andrew S. Hanen, ordered its lawyers to undergo 5 years of compulsory ethics training in 2016 for deliberately misleading the court over illegal immigration. He also ordered AG Loretta Lynch to file a comprehensive plan within 60 days on how to “prevent this unethical conduct from ever happening again.”

The same Loretta Lynch who coincidentally met Bill Clinton on an airport tarmac several days before she was to testify on Hillary Clinton’s emails. They just talked grandkids and golf. Who wouldn’t accept that excuse?

Or FBI Director Comey’s recent admission of the failed processes to get the FISA warrant to spy on Trump even though they knew in advance how flimsy and unreliable the evidence (the Steele Dossier) to get it was?

What is this garbage about the Obama Administration having no scandals?

Which bullshit artist to choose in 2020?

Deeply left-leaning Robert Reich has written an opinion piece in The Guardian on why Trump should fear Warren Sanders. Cute.

The ultimate irony here is that America has grown up on decades of Trump’s chest beating bluster. Before he was president he was idolized in TV shows and movies. Yes, even Democrats loved him, or at the very least his wallet. What you see is what you get. That is Trump’s charm, as repulsive as many might find it. He doesn’t pretend to be anything other than the brash character that he is. To that end he is authentic.

On the other hand you have bullshit artists like Elizabeth Warren who pretend they are who they are not. It isn’t lost on Americans that Warren has lied about her cultural appropriation. Her bowling alley admission and subsequent apology were as hollow as hijacking minority status to advance her career. She has no persona.

Bernie Sanders too. Bernie pushes hardline socialist ideals but he himself has three mansions. No one should begrudge his making the system work for him but once again it only makes him look a rank hypocrite to espouse that he is one of them.

While Bernie looked the goods in 2016, he has had a heart attack and his health will be an issue.

Reich puts it on the line with,

This is where Warren and Sanders come in.

Their core proposals would make the system work for everyone and alter the power structure in America: Medicare for All based on a single-payer rather than private for-profit corporate insurance; a Green New Deal to create millions of good jobs fighting climate change; free public higher education; universal childcare.

All financed mainly by a tax on the super-rich.”

Reich could square away climate change in a jiffy by questioning why his alarmist mate Barack Obama bought a $15m mansion by the sea in Martha’s Vineyard? Millions of jobs via the Green New Deal? What for? Unemployment is 3%. Free education? I agree there on the basis of the quality of professors on display during the impeachment hearings. It is a crime to make students pay $70,000pa for such drivel.

Of course, it is so easy just to tax the super-rich. Never mind that the top 1% pay c.40% of the income tax take. Had it occurred to Reich that if they embark down the line of a socialist economy the super-rich won’t make the same returns meaning funding these schemes will collapse under the weight of their own lack of due diligence, something Elizabeth Warren was left looking ridiculously stupid in one of the recent debates.

Reich should learn the key tenet of socialism – the reason mice keep dying in mousetraps is that they don’t understand why the cheese is free.

Of course, the lefties reading this piece will say that Trump is the biggest bullshitter of them all. That may be true but he doesn’t try to hide it. That is the quantifiable difference.

Robert Reich should know that a soon to be octogenarian and a dotty aunt don’t make for the type of combo to convince America to change. Better the devil they know.

Biden’s vote-winning strategy

Always a useful show of character when one has to use ad hominem attacks – weight, fitness, age and intelligence to defend a position against an 83-yo. And no, Trump is no saint when it comes to hurling insults. Although the difference between Trump & Biden is that the former is well known for that persona from his reality TV days whereas the latter is trying to deny his bitterness which extends to challenging an octagenarian to a push-up contest.

Yet none of it really matters. The most revealing sign of Joe Biden’s campaign is that Barack Obama, the man who called him the “best vice president America has ever had” and bestowed upon him a Presidential Medal of Freedom, has said absolutely nothing to support him in his presidential campaign. Tells us all we need to know.

But it gets worse. Rasmussen Reports noted, “59% of Democrats say it’s important for their party to choose a woman or person of colour as their presidential or vice-presidential nominee, including 26% who feel it’s Very Important.

Now that Harris is out and Elizabeth Warren is taking, what will they do if a cantankerous old jock gets the nomination?
