The Great Uniter in Chief compares Republicans to Nazis

You know the path to political harmony in America is often paved with trip wires and land mines.

While the media continue to hail Biden as the mature candidate who will unite a divided country we thought it a bit odd for him to accuse the opposition of employing tactics used by Goebbels and the Nazi propaganda machine.

It was bad enough that Biden threw the Capitol Police – who have protected him for 47 years implying they were a bunch of gun-toting racists with a blood lust against blacks – under the bus.

Fear not, newly elected Congresswoman Cori Bush ( D-MO), a self-proclaimed BLM activist, has vowed to introduce her first bill to remove those who questioned the election result. She tweeted,

“I just introduced H.Res. 25.

It would, under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, investigate and expel the GOP members of Congress who attempted to overturn the election and incited a white supremacist attack.

Call your rep to sign on. We can’t have unity without accountability.”

So a Marxist is suggesting democratically elected officials are worthy of expulsion for apparently inciting a white supremacist attack. Note the language – “investigate and expel.” Will a fair process occur or will they be labeled guilty until proven innocent?

Should all the Democrats that tried to prevent the result of the 2016 election being carried be liable for sedition too?

So should we conclude that every time a conservative white person lawfully and peacefully protests that they automatically be deemed ‘white supremacists’?

Be careful woke white liberals. You might think you’re on the right side of history, but you’re next. They might wish to reflect on the San Diego School District which will force white teachers to undergo white privilege training.

They will be compelled to acknowledge they are on stolen land and that they will experience “guilt, anger, apathy, [and] closed-mindedness” because of their “white fragility.

White teachers will be told “you are racist” and “you are upholding racist ideas, structures, and policies.

So even if you are the most tolerant white liberal in the world, you’re fair game. You’re racist but you just don’t know it. Got it?

Cori Bush’s Op-Ed in WaPo is laced with all the identity politics one could expect, including her dismay at the rough treatment by the police despite her admission to damaging/defacing public property. Aren’t laws supposed to be applied fairly?

Can Bush also explain why the minority vote for Trump went up in absolute and relative terms? A bit odd that they’d vote for someone dripping in white supremacy?

After disparaging the US Capitol Police in her article, Bush should demand her own taxpayer funded private security detail because, by her own conclusions, they can’t be trusted.

With politicians like these filling the ranks of the Democrats, just write off any hope that there is any intention to unite the country. The next 4 years will look a lot more like revenge than reconciliation.

Be careful where you step…

Making hay while the rain falls?

We were surprised to see Dymocks bookstore put former Australian Climate Change Commissioner Tim Flannery’s latest book in the science section.

Amazon’s review notes, “Tim Flannery takes aim at those responsible for the campaign of obfuscation and denial that has already cost so many Australian lives and held back action on climate change.” Really?

Exactly how many lives has climate change claimed in Australia? The Australian Bureau of Statistics record the accumulated deaths from ‘Environmental-pollution-related-condition (Y97)‘ over the last decade at ZERO!!!!  Strange that climate related deaths have plunged over 80% in the last 4 decades.

Many of Flannery’s climate predictions have also failed to eventuate.

In 2007, Flannery said, “So even the rain that falls isn’t actually going to fill our dams and our river systems…” Today, Sydney’s main water supply at Warragamba Dam is currently at 97.8% capacity.

In 2015, he claimed that “Sadly we’re more likely to see them [cyclones] more frequently in the future” when referring to a cyclone that hit Vanuatu. Global data shows no such trends. The UNIPCC’s extreme weather report updated in 2018 stated on page 8, “There is low confidence in any observed long-term (i.e., 40 years or more) increases in tropical cyclone activity (i.e., intensity, frequency, duration), after accounting for past changes in observing capabilities.”

We thought the nonsense peddled on the bushfires by The Climate Council, which Flannery chairs, spoke volumes. Our data concluded that one of its authors, who led the former fire chiefs’ crusade to blame the devastating bushfires on climate change, didn’t mention the topic when he ran one of the fire services. That is to say it that the severity of climate change to bushfire activity in these Magnus opera were conspicuous by their absence.

We think the upcoming 2020 annual reports from fire services across Australia will be dripping in climate change related topics which will only end up highlighting how it has become nothing more than a CYA convenient excuse to mask years of poor fire management.  Take this example of the commitment to mitigating the inherent risks of busfires in the 2018/19 FRNSW Annual Report:

“Where practicable, FRNSW crews were encouraged to turn off all non-essential lights on 30 March 2019 from 8:30pm until 9:30pm, joining millions of people worldwide in showing their commitment to tackling climate change and inspiring all generations to support environmental initiatives and sustainable climate policy.”

A study of how fire service budgets were allocated in recent years further highlights the alarming problem behind the bureaucratic mismanagement.

What has become even less surprising than the lack of science peddled before us surrounding COVID-19 in recent months, is the convenient segue of supposed conventional wisdom – The Great Reset – pointing back to the fantastic opportunity to push the climate change agenda to solve for poverty, racial inequity and all other economic ills. After all, US Treasury Secretary-elect Janet Yellen has assured us her department will take care of it. Who knew?

Apart from climate change having zero correlation to COVID-19, despite Prince Harry ‘s best efforts to conflate the link, Tim Flannery has seen a great opportunity to make a quid off the theme. No harm in making hay while the rain pours.

Still we question why so many climate alarmists believe that replacing fossil fuels with renewables will solve for saving the planet and put an end to poverty?

We are not sure how that works?

When one of the leading renewables-driven developed nations, Germany, has such high levels of energy poverty, how can this be?  In 2019, 4.75 million households received warnings that their electricity would be shut off (289,000 actually got disconnected), according to the German Federal Networks Agency (Bundesnetzagentur). All this because of a doubling of energy prices (despite studies that predicted a fall at the time of policy conception) which are a direct result of disastrous green energy diktats which started two decades ago.

The flip side is India, a developing nation. Its electricity generation policies,  according to the World Bank, lifted 271 million people out of energy poverty between 2007 and 2017 largely thanks to low priced coal-fired power. So before all the ‘Stop Adani’ climate emergency extinction rebellion crowd start pontificating that we must go carbon neutral, perhaps they might go and survey the 271mn locals as to whether they demand change??

Michael Shellenberger’s latest book, ‘Apocalypse Never‘, takes a realistic view of how to achieve optimal outcomes for the climate, renewables not being part of the equation.

Still, the best way to truly evaluate the seriousness of climate change is by watching the consumption habits of those who peddle it.

We always found it strange that Obama moved to the shores of Martha’s Vineyard last year despite the risk of rising sea levels. Former Aussie PM Kevin Rudd has also bought waterfront property recently despite climate change being the “moral challenge of our times.

Looking at 1,500 private jets clogging airports at a World Economic Forum summit takes some beating too, not to mention the 25,000 pilgrims that fly halfway across the world to attend COP summits and then tell mothers who drop their kids off at soccer practice in a 2nd-hand SUV that they are the problem. No excuses anymore. They can Zoom. 25,000 group thinkers on a screen…their individual relevance in direct proportion to the size of their microscopic avatar.

Still getting woke and going broke

The North Face corporate virtue signal reminded us of the catastrophic destruction of value ($8bn) that befell Gillette.

What an opportunity for another similar brand to fill the void and capitalize on reality with sensible counter campaigns such as this watch company.

Once again, it is always embarrassing when corporates pontificate on subjects they know little or nothing about apart from what their woke PR teams tell them makes for good global citizens.

Surely customers don’t need sanctimonious lectures from corporates who invariably have chequered histories themselves.

Perhaps the regulators should clamp down on corporate hypocrisy instead of their empty commitment to usher climate change abatement reporting. Never forget that the stats show fewer companies are actually reporting on climate change for all the fluffy videos playing in corporate lobbies.

Watch the hips not the lips.

Leaked CNN tapes, Janet Yellen will stop climate change & SF mayor avoids own COVID rules by dining in another city!

Dave Rubin of The Rubin Report discusses Project Veritas’ leaked CNN tapes of months of internal meetings, Treasury Secretary nominee Janet Yellen’s plans to fight racial inequality, and more liberal hypocrisy as yet another Democrat lockdown hypocrite gets caught at The French Laundry.

First, Dave gives his thoughts on the leaked audio of CNN CEO Jeff Zucker’s meetings. James O’Keefe of Project Veritas revealed that he has been recording Jeff Zucker’s internal morning meetings for two months. The tapes offer proof of CNN’s extreme anti-Trump agenda.

Next, former head of the Federal Reserve Janet Yellen gave a speech outlining how as Joe Biden’s Treasury Secretary she will somehow use economic policy to reduce inequality, climate change, and gender inequality.

Finally, it has been discovered that lockdown proponent and San Francisco Mayor London Breed avoided breaking the COVID dining rules by simply leaving her own city and going to The French Laundry, the same luxury restaurant that California Governor Gavin Newsom was caught breaking his COVID rules at (and dropping $15,000 on booze).

It is worth the 30 minutes.

Biden faded fast and choked in the last section

First of all, Kristen Welker did a very good job as moderator. Even Trump praised her.

Joe Biden started off well but faded fast in the back half of the debate. He didn’t handle the saga around his son, Hunter, well. He sounded rattled and will only draw more eyeballs to the suppressed media coverage.

Trump explained his points far better that in the first debate. Getting rid of COVID in the first question allowed the more powerful points for Trump in the back half where he could made significant ground around the economy, foreign policy, race and health.

Trump executed well by slamming Biden for being a “politician” who promises stuff but doesn’t deliver. That he hasn’t achieved the things he proposes now in 47 years in politics or 8 years as VP. Biden even disparaged Obama by saying he can do things he wants if he is president.

When Biden raised Hitler in the debate, he started to back pedal fast. Why talk about Nazism?

Biden’s stupidity was to touch on $15 minimum wages to help small business. Is he nuts? What small business in trouble thinks that recovery will come through higher wages?

Biden asked people to fact check his position on fracking. He said he wouldn’t ban it in today’s debate but is on tape countless times saying he would. Too easy to prove he is lying. Biden’s renewables push was hopeless and Trump made it clear why the US doesn’t need to be in the Paris Accord.

At the very end Biden chucked the oil industry under the bus in the closing remarks of the climate change section. Trump pushed him and he took the bait to say he wants to phase it out for good. Surely not the thing to say in fossil fuel dependent swing states.

In summary, this election will be determined by “lived experience“. Nothing is more powerful than becoming irate at a politician telling you what you aren’t experiencing.

We think the actions of mostly despotic Democratic mayors and governors throughout coronavirus have sent a negative message about what happens when citizens lose control and cede power to law makers.

We still believe Trump has got this.

Trump releases unedited version of 60 Minutes interview

60 Minutes to Report on 28 Pages Said to Link 9/11, Saudi ...

https://fb.watch/1hLeLE56i8/

60 Minutes never expected that President Trump would release the unedited footage of his recent interview with Lesley Stahl which reveals how the program tried to cover it up by not reporting it in the final broadcast.

With a media this complicit, expect Trump not to answer some of the questions tonight but go straight for the jugular. Is it any wonder that Biden is hidin’ again and Barack Obama is out there on the campaign trail doing his bidding.

Biden sort of reminds us of former opposition leader Bill Shorten at the time legendary Australian Labor PM Bob Hawke died in the lead up to the federal election in 2019. Everyone could see how empty a suit was Shorten compared to Hawke. Shorten lost the unlosable election.

We don’t think Obama was much chop as president to be honest, but at the very least his eloquence and demagoguery exposes just how awful Biden is.

Sinister Big tech’s intentional election meddling

Big tech is determined to tell users what they deem is suitable for consumption. The top screen grab is from Facebook. Head of Comms, Andy Stone, made it clear the social media giant would curtail the Biden conflict of interest news story under the guise of ‘fact checking.’

The NY Post article that surfaced overnight revealed emails from Hunter Biden’s PC which showed he was leveraging his then VP father’s relationship with Ukrainians execs.

Twitter went to an even more interesting approach to suggest the NY Post link was “unsafe” to prevent views.

What we do know from history is that the more efforts made to cover one’s tracks, the more one guarantees to raise awareness to those problems on a stratospheric level.

Ultimately, big tech firms were granted immunity from prosecution as they promised to be mere hosts of content without fear or favour. Now that they are using discretionary editing, they should lose their sanctuary status and be liable to prosecution for suppressing free speech.

These are deep-seated liberal activist platforms. As businesses they are free to exercise commercial decisions. However they don’t have a right to flaunt laws without real world consequences.

Today big tech crossed a line and outed themselves as interfering in the election.

Cuckoo, cuckoo!

Juliette Kayyem — a professor in international security at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government and a regular CNN analyst — has taken to Twitter to say that it is highly likely that Russian agents were able to access more information about President Trump’s battle with the coronavirus than the American people — and through nefarious channels.

Are these people for real? She is a perfect example of why tertiary education should be free – it is worth absolutely nothing with cuckoos like this lecturing students.

Trump Derangement Syndrome is a clinical mental disorder.

Fact check: did Trump ever condemn white supremacist groups by name?

Has Trump ever disavowed and condemned white supremacist groups by name? Britt Hughes goes through the facts in this video.

Hughes makes a very good point. If it is right wing nutters behind all of the violence that is occurring across America, why is Kamala Harris promoting a fund which is bailing rioters and looters out of prison? Surry doesn’t make sense to help out white supremacists now, surely!?
