FBI: Fraudulent Buyers of Insurance

How the Left loves to say Obama’s presidency was scandal-less. We’ve always thought scandalous.

If the FBI’s actions surrounding the investigation of Trump before the 2016 election was as squeaky clean and by the book as made out, why did a swathe of agents take out ‘liability insurance‘ two weeks before Trump took office?

The Federalist notes from federal court filings that with respect to ‘Operation Crossfire Hurricane‘:

Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) agents tasked by fired former Director James Comey to take down Donald Trump during and after the 2016 election were so concerned about the agency’s potentially illegal behavior that they purchased liability insurance to protect themselves less than two weeks before Trump was inaugurated president, previously hidden FBI text messages show. The explosive new communications and internal FBI notes were disclosed in federal court filings today from Sidney Powell, the attorney who heads Michael Flynn’s legal defense team.

“[W]e all went and purchased professional liability insurance,” one agent texted on Jan. 10, 2017, the same day CNN leaked details that then-President-elect Trump had been briefed by Comey about the bogus Christopher Steele dossier.

Holy crap,” an agent responded. “All the analysts too?”

“Yep,” the first agent said. “All the folks at the Agency as well.”

“[C]an I ask who are the most likely litigators?” an agent responded. “[A]s far as potentially suing y’all[?]”

“[H]aha, who knows….I think [t]he concern when we got it was that there was a big leak at DOJ and the NYT among others was going to do a piece,” the first agent said.

“I’m tellying [sic] man, if this thing ever gets FOIA’d, there are going to be some tough questions asked,” one agent wrote. “[A]nd a great deal of those will be related to Brian having a scope way outside the boundaries of logic[.]”

“We have some loose ends to tie up, and we all need to meet to discuss what to do with each case (he said shut down Razor),” one agent texted, referring to Crossfire Razor, the FBI’s internal code name for the investigation of Flynn.

“[S]o glad they’re closing Razor,” an agent responded.

“[D]oing all this election research – I think some of these guys want a [C]linton presidency,” one agent wrote on Aug. 11, shortly after the FBI opened the Crossfire Hurricane investigation against Trump.

Sinister.

It was only a few weeks ago when we had news that many staffers working for Mueller mysteriously forgot their iPhone passwords and wiped all the data.

Senate Supreme Court smear of Clarence Thomas in 1991

Back in 1991, Judge Clarence Thomas was nominated by George Bush Sr to fill a vacancy on the SCOTUS bench.

The Democrat-controlled Senate took to a smear campaign dug up by staffers alleging Thomas had engaged in inappropriate sexual behavior with Anita Hill, someone he worked with a decade prior.

Suffice to say Anita Hill was subject to a detailed grilling over her sordid allegations and such was the humiliation, the other two key witnesses declined to subject themselves to the same treatment.

The Senate Judiciary Committee chairman was Joe Biden.

Politics is a dirty business. One wonders what dirt will be dished up for the coming nominee?!!

Newsweek smears Amy Coney Barrett then retracts

Who knew?

Such is the level of derangement consuming the mainstream media that Newsweek decided to smear one of Trump’s SCOTUS candidates, Amy Coney Barrett (ACB), before being forced to retract its statements.

Initially Newsweek smeared the judge with the accusation of belonging to a Catholic sect, ‘People of Praise‘ that “inspired” the dystopian novel “The Handmaid’s Tale.”

The magazine suggested that female members are forced to report to spiritual superiors known as “handmaids” with the assertion that “men have authority over their wives.”

Newsweek wrote the following retraction:

Correction: This article’s headline originally stated that People of Praise inspired ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’. The book’s author, Margaret Atwood, has never specifically mentioned the group as being the inspiration for her work…A New Yorker profile of the author from 2017 mentions a newspaper clipping as part of her research for the book of a different charismatic Catholic group, People of Hope. Newsweek regrets the error.

Instead of focusing on her comfortable bipartisan confirmation by the Senate based on solely on merit and credentials, it had to smear a candidate being put forward by Trump.

Florida AG refers Bloomberg to FBI after he pledges to pay fines of felons to allow them to vote

Whoops.

It seems failed Democrat presidential nominee Michael Bloomberg is in hot water after pledging to pay the fines of 32,000 felons in Florida so that they can vote in the election. By law felons who have outstanding court fines or fees cannot vote.

Florida Attorney General Ashley Moody referred Bloomberg to the FBI to request a criminal investigation.

The AG’s letter to the FBI included this passage from the Florida Dept of State, Division of Elections:

Even other innocuous offering of an incentive simply to vote could run afoul of section 104.045 or section 104.061, or both, depending upon the circumstances involved. That is, incentives could be offered to a voter in a way that would be designed to directly or indirectly cause the voter or a larger group of voters to vote in a particular manner. In such a case, the person giving the incentive could be guilty of violating section 104.061, Florida Statutes, which makes it illegal to “directly or indirectly give or promise anything of value to another in casting his or her vote.

To the Democrats, the ends justify the means. Never mind the law. Because in their view, if they can get the orange man out of the way, then all will be forgiven.

Victory Loves Preparation

Victory loves preparation.

Has it occurred to these activists masquerading as journalists that WH Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany is always thoroughly prepared?

To be honest, they make her job so simple. She knows that the left leaning media will ignore any successes of the administration and just focus on their chronic Trump Derangement Syndrome.

This video borders on masochism. One by one she wrecks the lot of them. If only they’d focus on seeking balance. The latest game is completing their edited quotes and turning them back on the clickbait brigade.

It is almost worth re-electing Trump just to watch this blood sport. Reality TV couldn’t invent this clown show.

Activist judiciary folds to the mob – Jake Gardner pays a heavy price

We shouldn’t be too surprised at the content Tucker Carlson discussed tonight over The Left’s reaction to the death of RBG and the plans to prevent constitutional process to replace her.

We have written about activist judiciaries across America. Half way through Carlson’s monologue, the tragedy of Jake Gardner – from 8m 40s -should sicken every sane individual. We urge you to watch the reasons why.

Only 110 days late, Nancy

Only 110 days late in condemning the obvious Speaker Pelosi. It wasn’t so long ago that she proclaimed “people will do what they do!” when referring to the violence and destruction.

We thought Joe Biden being 80 days late was bad enough.

If the Democrats didn’t have double standards they’d have no standards at all.

Mueller team phones mysteriously have all data deleted

It appears that 25 members of Mueller’s “hit squad” conducting the Russia probe wiped all the data from their phones just prior to the investigation surrounding them.

According to DOJ documents, some admitted to deliberately wiping data, others “forgot their passcode 10x” causing a factory reset thereby wiping the data and one of Mueller’s senior aides’ phone miraculously deleted its own data.

Nothing to see here.

The Atlantic melts down

Just as Trump looks to sign off two peace deals inside 30 days with UAE, Bahrain and their former foe, Israel, The Atlantic published an article suggesting that the prize should be done away with.

Just how bad does media derangement have to be to suggest such a thing? This is the same paper that wants you to believe that Trump called dead soldiers “suckers” and “losers”.

If The Atlantic wishes to push the idea it is a bastion of ethical and balanced journalism, we don’t think this is the best way to do it.

The journalist, Graeme Wood, wrote,

Giving the peace prize to no one at all is a tradition the Nobel Committee should revive, perhaps on a permanent basis…Trump’s main diplomatic maneuver is to adopt a lickspittle posture toward authoritarians, promising them decades in power in return for a smile and a condo development. Peace does not mean a web of personal agreements between rich psychopaths…To keep giving awards for the seeds is to court embarrassment, and to make yourself hostage to wacky attention-seeking nominations like Trump’s. Better to shut it down, before the trolls do first.”

How crushing for the left to swallow that the devil incarnate they swore would push the nuclear button is actually a pretty effective peacenik. The Nobel would be gasoline on their bonfire.

Who uses a fax machine?

How can anyone have confidence in Victorian Premier Dan Andrews when the government had been relying on a contact tracing method which utilized pen, paper and a fax machine? What happened to the super computer that has spat out the ridiculous numbers that have impacted so many Victorians?

Pretty much every other state uses QR codes to register when people have visited certain establishments. Only now Victoria plans to enter the digital age. Why didn’t Andrews call up NSW Premier Gladys Beijiklian and asked who developed hers?

Presumably Andrews can hire people to manually input the names, numbers and emails of those establishments and be able to trace after 3 weeks.

What could possibly go wrong? Johannes Leak’s cartoon is so on point.
