WaPo opinion writer suggests Walter Reed be defunded after Trump’s visit

Never Trumper and WaPo opinion writer, Jennifer Rubin, went off the deep end suggesting that Walter Reed military hospital should be defunded by Congress given Trump’s short stay. Never mind the countless brave souls that defended the very freedoms she thrives under also require medical attention.

Maybe Rubin should bus wounded vets to Nancy Pelosi’s district in San Francisco where they can find a bit of pavement to sleep on because liberal policies have shown themselves so successful there.

Isn’t it wonderful to see such balanced individuals on the left demand anything they disagree with to be defunded – police, military hospitals or ICE…just cut it. After all the Democrats are the party of compassion, empathy and sympathy you understand!

Former Navy SEAL, Congressman Dan Crenshaw, suggested she take a break from Twitter given Trump’s visit triggered her so badly.

What Rubin fails to realize is that publicly exposing her chronic Trump Derangement Syndrome doesn’t help convince people that she offers a voice of reason. Still, keep up the good work!

Victorians are expected to buy this crap?

What a farce. These are the responses given by senior officials in the Victoria government when questioned over who was responsible for ordering private security guards which led to the hotel quarantine outbreak fiasco.

These are the very people who expect Victorians to put trust in their ability to execute.

Selective memories aka lies.

No doubt when Premier Dan Andrews testifies at this enquiry, he’ll have forgotten too.

Any other state premier would be forced to resign over this debacle. Watch a willing media skip over this blithering incompetence and praise Dan Andrews for bringing forward the timeline to reopen the economy from lockdown because of his stewardship which he will end reneging on.

Let’s not forget the omnibus the premier is trying to ram through parliament which will allow unqualified public servants to arrest and detain Victorian residents indefinitely on the grounds of suspicion alone. No facts. Just a hunch they think one could be up to no good.

The Left vows to burn America if SCOTUS picked pre election

While there is increasingly less to burn to the ground, the Left took to Twitter to threaten chaos if a SCOTUS nominee to replace Ruth Bader Ginsburg is confirmed pre-election. Never mind accepting a constitutional process, threaten the rest of America.

Writer, commentator, professor, Emmy-nominated producer, and scholar of religions, Reza Aslan tweeted, “If they even TRY to replace RBG we burn the entire fucking thing down.

Dr. Jessie Christiansen, an Australian astrophysicist working at the NASA Exoplanet Science Institute, exclaimed, “IF THEY RAM THROUGH AN APPOINTMENT IN THE NEXT TWO MONTHS I WILL RIOT.

Does Christiansen have citizenship? If not, she has no place rioting against a country that has given her the privilege to work there.

Hollywood screenwriter Beau Willimon said, “We’re shutting this country down if Trump and McConnell try to ram through an appointment before the election.

Aaron Gouveia, author of ‘Raising Boys to Be Good Men: A Parent’s Guide to Bringing Up Happy Sons in a World Filled with Toxic Masculinity’ tweeted, “Fuck no. Burn it all down.” Not sure if that aligns with his book?!

University of Waterloo Political Science Professor Emmett Macfarlane, who specializes in constitutional law, public policy & Canadian politics, tweeted, “Burn Congress down before letting Trump try to appoint anyone to SCOTUS.

Poor old RBG wasn’t spared by the Left either. One brave keyboard warrior wrote,

fuck you Ruth Bader Ginsburg

fuck you for not retiring under Obama

fuck you for dying under Trump

fuck you

fuck you

fuck you

You get the drift? All balance and just the right kind of stable minds who deserve to make decisions on behalf of others.

With an election most likely to head to the Supreme Court a 4-4 result could lead to a constitutional crisis.

It isn’t a formality. Republicans hold 53 Senate seats. It is unlikely that Trump hating Mitt Romney will vote for it. Alaska Senator Lisa Murkowski has openly said she won’t vote pre-election.

As a confirmation process progresses we only imagine the Democrats will try to outdo the shameful mud slinging that descended on the Kavanaugh hearing.

Who uses a fax machine?

How can anyone have confidence in Victorian Premier Dan Andrews when the government had been relying on a contact tracing method which utilized pen, paper and a fax machine? What happened to the super computer that has spat out the ridiculous numbers that have impacted so many Victorians?

Pretty much every other state uses QR codes to register when people have visited certain establishments. Only now Victoria plans to enter the digital age. Why didn’t Andrews call up NSW Premier Gladys Beijiklian and asked who developed hers?

Presumably Andrews can hire people to manually input the names, numbers and emails of those establishments and be able to trace after 3 weeks.

What could possibly go wrong? Johannes Leak’s cartoon is so on point.

Don’t the left embrace the policies of compassion?

Queensland Premier Palaszczuk is up to her double standards again.

Four children living south of the Queensland border are not being given group access to see their dying father who is hospitalized there.

Actor Tom Hanks can freely come and self quarantine in style, but these children may miss the chance to say good bye to their old man.

We don’t begrudge the Hollywood star’s ability to chill on his own dime, but how low is the contagion risk of young kids living in an area where there are few coronavirus cases? Where is the risk?

AFL stars from the most infected state in the country were given an all expenses paid jolly courtesy of the Queensland taxpayer. Never mind that some got into a 3am brawl outside a strip club. Forget social distancing. Just punish a family coping with the traumatic future that lies ahead by wrapping them in red tape.

Queensland Health responded as follows:

We understand and sympathise that this a very difficult time and there are challenges. Queensland’s current border restriction are in place for one purpose – to save lives.

(Except if you’re a celebrity or a footy player).

We thought that Victorian Premier Dan Andrews was heartless. Palaszczuk is vying for that prize.

Aren’t the left wing parties supposed to be the ones that preach human compassion at all costs?

We sincerely hope that the good people of Queensland turf her government at the election next month.

Queensland Double Standards Act 2020

Posted by Queensland Senator Matt Canavan.

Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk has shown nothing but egregious double standards. Her government threw on the full works for AFL players from Victoria at taxpayers expense after the state secured the AFL grand final. Several players returned the favour by getting into a brawl.

However 12-yo kids looking to spend time with their families would be subject to ridiculously strict quarantine provisions.

We so hope Queenslanders have the good sense to turf this government in 54 days.

Excellent summary of Victorian lockdown extension

Paul Murray explains what the extended lockdowns in Victoria mean. 6 more weeks. Video here.

Premier Dan Andrews isn’t interested in reality. To get 5 cases or less for 14 days in a row technically means that if 13 days had zero cases and one day 6, lockdown would stay. Utter madness.

We guess when the police state wants to handcuff pregnant mothers, best set the hurdles to nigh on impossibly low levels to ensure failure is guaranteed and keep the power trip going as long as possible.

Shameless. Spineless. Not based on science.

Kim Jong un would blush

It seems that gaslighting knows no bounds. Some Victorians want to pay homage to Victorian Premier Dan Andrews with virtual claps despite his utter failure in handling lockdown. The virtual claps forum reads:

Send Dan Andrews, Brett Sutton & team, and healthcare workers virtual claps for their continued hard work in getting the daily case numbers down. Thank you all! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Please only use emojis/gif/image when you post comments here: https://www.facebook.com/2220925904795063/posts/2784157431805238/

Please remember to share this event with friends.

Updates (including current growth factor) will be provided on a regular basis. Let’s keep doing the right thing to bring down the growth factor.

Kim Jong Un would blush at such a show from his loyal peasants.

Never mind Dan Andrews and team presided over the most incompetent handling of the pandemic by any state government by far.

Where the facts reveal the Andrews’ team are the last people that should be in charge of anything. 26% of the nation’s population and over 88% of the total death toll from coronavirus.

Where Victoria Police arrested and handcuffed a pregnant women who could face jail time of up to 15 years for incitement.

Where BLM protests took place with next to no enforcement of the lockdown laws. The three organizers were given fines but nothing more. Double standards.

Where private security guards – put in charge of quarantine hotels – slept with the people they were ordered to professionally look after. The same guards that were given a quick course in diversity instead of training in dealing with coronavirus.

Perhaps these brainwashed Victorians who want to make empty gestures on social media may think differently when they discover that the Andrews’ government will deliver what socialism always does – shared misery.

Vic Police make 2nd arrest on FB post. Gov’t finds 59 more CVD deaths to guarantee lockdown stays

You have to hand it to the Victoria Police for making absolutely no effort in trying to politely reason with the people they are trying to arrest. Yesterday, Premier Dan Andrews denied seeing the video of the arrest of a pregnant mother in front of her kids. No doubt he will claim he hasn’t seen this video either. In what world did the Vic Police think a pregnant woman was a flight risk to warrant hand cuffing her?

James Bartolo is the second person in two days to be charged for ‘incitement’ thanks to the police state that is now Victoria. Does the Victorian government fear sedition? Must it crush those who seek to oppose its power trip? Is Dan Andrews enjoying his daily pressers a bit too much?

Bartolo uploaded a video discussing how he intends to go to the Saturday ‘Freedom Day‘ rally and encouraging others to stand up for their rights.

So even though Bartolo hasn’t physically done anything, Victoria Police rounded up a normally law abiding citizen for questioning the very powers granted by despotic politicians that should never have been granted them in the first place.

We would imagine that a growing number of Victorians can’t sit idly by and watch these Stasi tactics continue. This is nothing more than intimidation. If there are protest rallies off the back of these videos, we won’t be in the least bit surprised. It will be a 100% own goal.

Oh, and wasn’t it fascinating to see that Victorian authorities found another 59 coronavirus deaths out of nowhere? Could it possibly be another police state tactic to guarantee that the lockdown stays in full effect come September 13th? Absolutely. Kim Jong Un would blush at the efficiency.

BTW, where is PM Scott Morrison condemning what is happening?
