Questions in advance please

Despite being lobbed softball after softball, the Biden administration is demanding questions be sent in advance to the White House.

Instead of acknowledging that Biden’s press secretary, Jen Psaki, is totally out of her depth, the administration wants to mask her incompetence by allowing her team to prepare in advance.

Maybe if the questions are sent in advance the Democrats can perfectly craft responses to the ones they wish to answer. Why bother having the press briefings at all? What is the point of journalists attending if all she will end up doing is answering day old news to questions they’ve already asked. It would end up looking like a staged performance.

Remember Trump’s press secretary, Kayleigh McEnany? She used to go into the lion’s den fully prepared. She anticipated what might be asked. Invariably she got it right and called out the mainstream media for their bias and hypocrisy with their own headlines.

At the end of the day, what do Democrats have to worry about with an affectionate mainstream and social media which won’t say nasty things about them?
