Joe Biden confuses Xi Jinping & Deng Xiaoping

Joe Biden claimed tonight that he worked with Chinese leader Deng Xiaoping on the Paris Climate Accord.

Except the current Chinese President is Xi Jinping.

Way to go Joe. Joe Biden forgot what happened when claiming that he worked on the Obama administration’s signature 2016 climate agreement with a world leader…who died in 1997.
